Verify The Domain is Ready to Be Transferred

1. Log in using your username (your domain) and your password. If you’ve forgotten your password use the recover my password link to have it emailed to the http://hostmonster.com account holder’s email address that you set up when you created your http://hostmonster.com account.

2. Click the “Domain Manager tab, check the box next to your domain, and click the “Contacts” sub tab on the lower right to double check that you email address is correct.



3. Click the “Lock” sub tab and make sure your it says your domain is “unlocked”
4. Click over to the “Transfer EPP” tab. Give the “EPP Code” to your analyst or web designer or add it to your ticket. Once you verify that your email is correct and the domain is unlocked and ready, we will initiate the transfer.

Email with Link Will Come to Verify You Want to Transfer

Once the transfer has been initiated you will receive an email communication from http://hostmonster.com asking you to verify that you wish to transfer your domain. You must click the link to indicate your desire to authorize http://hostmonster.com to release the domain name to http://eNom.com.
