If you are logging into your webmail account using the http://mail.yourdomain.com address your browser will complain that the SSL certificate is untrusted. This is well and good, and normally you should heed the warning, however in this instance we are going to accept the certificate. We create CNAME records to alias http://mail.yourdomain.com to our webmail server which offers an SSL certificate to encrypt your traffic and protect your privacy while reading your email. Without going into a great deal of detail about why our self signed certificate for our shared email server makes your browser complain, we’re simply going to give you a quick tutorial on what to do to get to your email.

To Whom it May Concern:
I have been working with iDotMind over the last two years. I have used them to design web pages for me and handle all aspects of a project, involving the web-based recruitment of research subjects to answer a self-administered research survey based on my research web-page.
Their jobs consisted of establishing secure websites, tracking the subject recruitment, generating data summary reports in real time and helping draft all of the materials. I have been enormously pleased with their technical work, but I am equally impressed with their conceptualization of problems and creativity in developing innovative forward thinking solutions. I can state with confidence that you will be very happy if you elect to use them.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely yours,
Theodore J, Cicero PhD
